Quality is the basis of our company; it certaintly translates into the continous search for improvements and innovations in production but also in the constant search for the well-being of our collaborators and the maintenance of Mecalโs working environments.
Quality Control
The area dedicated to quality controls is certainly one of the most important within our company. Thanks to suitable equipment and precision measuring instruments, we are able to apply detailed procedures to the production process. From the verification of the technical documentation provided by our Customer up to the possibility of applying finishes on the components.
The manufacturing process is subject to our Quality System, which establishes specific controls for each work phase. Each step is carried out according to precise protocols with the aim of guaranteeing correct execution.
Within our plants, therefore, we can always ensure constant quality checks, not only during production, but once the work is finished too.
How? Through final checks, both dimensional and non-destructive, which aim to guarantee the Customer fully compliance with their specific requests for the projects.
The philosofy of Quality
Our company philosophy, based on the constant search for quality, does not stop at the continuous and punctual checks of the production processes but goes beyond. It concerns the incessant application of improvements relating to work spaces, the valorisation of collaborators and the impact that our reality can have on the environment around us.
We pay daily attention to the smallest aspects that can facilitate and make the job of our staff easier and more comfortable. We do this by maintaining high hygiene standards in the work spaces and applying ordinary but precise maintenance interventions.
Furthermore, we strongly believe in the importance of the cooperation of the entire team and in the valorisation of each of its precious members.
For this reason, every day we strive to make the working environment stimulating and empathetic, convinced that this is the basis for promoting the well-being of our collaborators.
