Strengthened by years of experience in metal carpentry and in mechanical processes, today our company is located on a covered site of 7,500 m2, which is divided into several equipped working areas to ensure high levels of efficiency, quality and punctuality.
The carpentry division is the beating heart of our reality. It is fully supplied with high-tech machinery and we constantly monitor all main processes to meet the highest standards of quality in execution.
Tube Laser Cutting is one of the most advanced technologies in our workshop. In a single step, this high-tech machinery can execute cuts and geometries that cannot be achieved with traditional procedures, guaranteeing the maximum standards of precision and speed.
Our Flat Laser Cutting ward has modern laser systems with automatic interlocks for maximum efficiency and speed in cutting different materials. Furthermore, the department is supported by a sander which, if needed, is employed to increase the aesthetics of the parts.
The bending area comes with several press brakes with diverse capacities and automatic angle control, ensuring excellent performances. By combining simulation and office development with the consolidated experience of our operators, the bending processes result safe and effective.
Our workshop is furnished with various workstations to satisfy any request from our clients. The use of numerical control machines and the support of expert technicians allow us to carry out the main mechanical processes, such as milling and turning, with extreme precision.
We offer mechanical assembly, electrical and pneumatic wiring services performed by specialized personnel using dedicated equipment. The intent of these services is to concretize the projects the Customer entrusted to us.
The Quality control department, with its expert personnel, has a strategic function in guaranteeing the conformity of the parts by performing geometric checks even in the intermediate stages of production. Through detailed procedures, we ensure that every operation is carried out in full compliance with the necessary quality standards and the fulfillment of all customersโ requirements.
