A large area of our company is destined to mechanical assembly. Within this area, pieces of machinery, subgroups, structures, cabins… are pre-assembled or assembled.
The assembly operations are executed by specialized personnel with the aid of dedicated equipment. Also, each assembly step is constantly checked to ensure safety and quality.
The purpose of mechanical assembly is to provide the Customer with a finished product. This step concludes the process of realizing the project.
The experience and the continuous training of our staff allow us to satisfy all assembly needs from our clients. In other words, our technical team is able to satisfy all requests. For example, they may relate to partial or total assembly or individual components.
Why is mechanical assembly so important?
Sometimes the numerous processing stages and combined treatments we perform are not sufficient to provide the Customer with the concrete implementation of the project they have entrusted to us.
Therefore, the added value we offer is to make the assembly service available. The latter responds to the need for a finished product or some mechanical components ready to be assembled in various application sectors. Finally, after the assembly operations, the components are ready without the need of additional processing.
